reading a article in the Yorkshire post today about car parking made me think that its just a matter of time till car parking fee will be implemented in cottingham.

there like a dog with a bone they will never stop till they get there way…ok it would not seem good now to start to charge people to park ,but maybe next year when things are a little better.

thing is, they may not be many shops open in cottingham next year but what do they care.

some one told me the cottingham car park in king street was a village green for the community

how things have changed.
